Vendor and Exhibitor Information
The vendor and exhibit space provides attendees with important information about your agency and programs. Over 200 people attend ICOVA each year, representing government, schools, civic organizations, museums, senior citizens, intergenerational programs, and other volunteer clubs in general. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and network with other organizations.
The cost to exhibit is $50.00 and includes one six foot skirted table and two chairs.
If you are interested in donating a company product for each of our conference attendee packet’s (250 packets), the $50.00 exhibit fee will be waived. The product could be a coffee mug, stress ball, tote bag, lapel pin, etc., and must be sent to the committee no later than late April of 2011.
Contact information will be posted on this site in the fall for those interested in registering for an exhibit booth or donating a stuffer for the conference packet.
