Workshop Presentation Proposal

To be considered as a presenter at the 2017 ICOVA conference, please complete and submit the form below. The deadline for submitting a workshop  proposal is Friday, April 7, 2017.  You will hear back from us by Friday, May 12,  regarding the acceptance of your workshop proposal.

    Applicant Information

    If you are new to ICOVA, please include a professional reference to include; name, job title, contact phone, and/or email.

    Workshop Information

    Please provide a general outline of your workshop, to assist us in the review process. If your workshop is accepted, we will require a complete presentation to be submitted to ICOVA by the first week of July.
    This description will be used in registration materials. Please, do not exceed 3 sentences.

    Preferences

    We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to the limitations of the number of rooms and the needs of workshops preceding and following yours we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
    Though we cannot guarantee a specific time for your workshop, we will do our best to accommodate your desired time of either morning or afternoon of August 7th.
    This question has no bearing on your proposal submission. However if selected to present, this answer will help us in our registration planning.
